Adobe firefly no longer works

I was away for couple hours, and now adobe firefly no longer works (not a single model). Tried multiple browsers, devices, cleared cache, restarted computer/network, nothing helped. It doesn’t work inside photoshop as well.

    So none of the fixes that are mentioned on this forum work when it happens. It resolves itself, sometimes within 20-30 mins, sometimes after couple hours.

    It started working 2-3 hours after that. It almost happens every day, around the same time, so I assume it’s something on the adobe services side?

    Unfortunately, it is hard to tell. If you happens again, can you make a screen recording of it and also provide the information I listed in my message below?

    In addition to what ​@Oh.N8 asked, can you please reply with the following information:

    • A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

    • Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

    • Tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

      Could you log out of your Adobe Creative App and then log back in? Let us know if that helped.
