Adobe Firefly's "Upscale Video using Topaz Astra" physically does not work! | (It literally does not function at all / Yet adobe take your credits!)

I have tried using Adobe Firefly’s “Upscale Video using Topaz Astra”… Yet it physically does not work!

(Yet still requires you to add credits, as apparently this feature isn’t included within the unlimited generations category | But then simply does nothing!)


I have uploaded my video | Selected the enhance options I want (precise) | Put that grey box over my video…
But then despite waiting hours & hours = Nothing has happened!
