Adobe firefly se bloquea

Buenas tardes, Adobe firefly se me bloquea y no me permite editar nada. Tengo Windows 10 y me llegó una sugerencia de reiniciar los valores del Windows Defender, pero hay que hacer eso cada vez que se quiere trabajar con e producto. No hay una opción más profesional para solucionar el problema? Gracias

Are you trying to generate content through the Firefly website (https://firefly.adobe.com/)?

If so, what browser are you using? I’d suggest trying another browser to see if that is the issue.

Are you generating an image or video? Could you give more details to the steps you take and what exactly happens? You can include a screenshot.

Hola DeanUtian, uso Chrome. El problema se presenta cuando la aplicación se abre en el navegador. Mandar una captura de pantalla no es significante porque no aparece ningún mensaje de error ni nada a la vista, solo que queda bloqueado y no responde. Si he notado que ahora es más esporádico el problema y me está dejando trabajar. Saludos.

Thanks for the details. Do you have any extensions installed in Chrome that might be preventing Firefly from working? Does it seem like there is a specific request you make of Firefly that causes it to freeze? I'm wondering if it freezes on most requests, or if there is a particular image causing it to freeze.
