Adobe Firefly subscription
Dear Support Team,
I purchased the Adobe Firefly subscription through the app, and the payment has already been deducted from my account. However, despite successful payment, the subscription is still not activated on my account.
I am facing the following issues:
1. The amount has been deducted from my bank/UPI/Google Play.
2. The app still shows “Buy Subscription” instead of “Active”.
3. I tried restarting the app, clearing cache, logging out and logging in again, but the subscription is still not working.
4. My work is stuck because the credits/features are not available even after payment.
