Adobe Firefly Translate

I've tried to upload several .mp4 files of various length/size and I get a "something went wrong" error message every time. Sometimes a second screen will try to load after the upload completes, but it always kicks me back to the original upload screen and gives me the red error message. This has been my result on every attempt made for the last two hours. I just paid for Firefly to test out the video translation service, and I'm already thinking I made a huge mistake. Anyone have suggestions on what could be happening?
