Adobe Firefly "Use Settings" and "Generate More" options not working on search results using Nano Banana Models.

Question

This issue started since the beginning of this new account subscription. Not being able to use the “use settings” and “generate more” options on Gemini 3.1 (Nano Banana Pro 2) model image results has been very difficult. I chatted with Adobe CS twice and shared my screen twice, but nothing came of it.

I’ve also tried Incognito, a secondary browser (Safari), and clearing cache/cookies.

Is anyone else experiencing this greyed out issue? Specifically for the Nano Banana / Gemini models? Please view the screenshot attached for reference to the issue.

Hey ​@TSRCREATIVEAFter getting a new plan and being able to generate or having access to certain tools is confusing.SolutionAfter getting a new plan, log out of the creative cloud app to reset the functions of Firefly. Log out then back in to the Creative Cloud App, after you get a new subscription or change subscription.Nate
