Adobe firefly video license

Can beta version videos on Firefly be used commercially or resold, because previously I saw that for all beta versions on Firefly, images cannot be commercialized or resold, Thank you

Creators can create with confidence knowing that the Firefly Video Model is commercially safe (as with all previously released Firefly models) and only trained on content that Adobe has permission to use - and never on customer content.
