Adobe promises unlimited generations with image models until January 14, 2026 but doesn't deliver

I also have firefly pro and dont get the trial free credits. The only free credits are firefly video. Also my work account adobe creative cloud had run out of generation credits in December (how) so i also I couldnt use any of the free generations. Hence why i started the second subscription. Clearly the promo is disapointing and an absolute shambles. Absolute waste of money getting the second subsciption, and why I had no promo free on a full adobe CC subscription is beyond me. 

This situation constitutes false advertising.

Had I known that the “unlimited generations” access would end for me on December 15, rather than on January 14, 2026 as displayed, I would have used the service very differently at that time period and would have reconsidered my renewal decision.

The incorrect end date was not communicated or corrected to me after the fact.
Because this message was shown at the time of my annual Adobe Creative Cloud renewal, it directly influenced my decision to renew.

I am an EU consumer located in Belgium.
Under EU consumer protection law, advertising claims that influence a purchase decision are legally binding, regardless of whether they were later described as an internal error.
The promise of unlimited generations clearly influenced my renewal.

I kindly request that this matter be reviewed by the appropriate billing or management team, if necessary.

I respectfully request one of the following remedies:

1. Restoration of unlimited Firefly generations for the full period that was effectively denied,
   specifically from December 15 until January 14 (approximately 30 days), as advertised to me,

or

1. The ability to cancel my subscription immediately without any cancellation or unsubscribing costs,
   as the product was not delivered as advertised.
