Adobes credits and subscriptions

Dear Adobe Team,

As a loyal customer of Adobe for over a decade, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the recent decision to charge extra credits for features like Nano Banana and Flux.

It feels unfair that long-term, paying users like myself—who have supported Adobe’s products and brand for years—are now being asked to pay even more for tools that were once part of the creative experience we trusted and valued.

What makes this change especially discouraging is that other platforms now offer similar or even better tools at no additional cost. For example, Google Whisk provides free access to Nano Banana, and my Canva subscription now includes Affinity, which delivers a smoother, more affordable creative workflow compared to the basic Photoshop and Lightroom plan.

I’ve always appreciated Adobe’s innovation and leadership in the creative industry, but this new direction feels disconnected from the loyal community that helped build your reputation. I sincerely hope Adobe reconsiders this model and finds a way to reward loyalty instead of penalizing it. Norm Dorosh

thanks Kartika…
As you know by now loyal adobe subscribers are very concerned about
the corporate greed that adobe has been using for years to their customers.
They are going to be hit hard with the canva and affinity that is offered for free
to anyone. Now thats what I think adobe should be worried about, cause
every time I look at what new on adobe they want to charge you with credits
for everything including harmonize feature. Take it easy on us, as we are
all trying to enjoy the ai moments without breaking the bank.
We hope Adobe an rethink their credit system by allowing loyal subcribers
to use their ai models for free and include it with our basic plan subscriptions.
thanks for your response and understanding.
sincerely,
Norm Dorosh
