Who can tell me where and why my credits aren't topped up to 4500 for this months 29 dollar rip off?

I only have 500 credits on my last month of the year long expense.

Who can explain where my credits went? Who can tell me why after the yesterday when I was supposed to be "topped off" ... I only recieved 500 credits?

Fundamentally, I don't believe Adobe is even a company anymore... I don't think any actual human beings work there anymore.
