AI models don't work

AI models for image generation are not working. I keep getting the error message, “Something went wrong. Try again later.” I’ve been trying since yesterday, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The only model that seems to be working is the Firefly model. This is my 7 days trial, and so far I've not enjoy the experience.

System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
Workflow Context:
- Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
- Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
- The full prompt you were using.
- Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

Long complicated prompts (often from ChatGPT)
(short easy to read prompts tend to work very well)
busy dark background images for videos. the images need to be easy to distinguish who the main characters are and what the background is.

Anything to do with Children

if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

- the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.

Here are the screenshots, along with the reference image I used.

I used the photo simply as an example, but the issue occurs regardless of which photo I use. The model selected here is Gemini 3.1 (Nano Banana 2), but switching to a different model makes no difference. The only model that seems to work is Adobe Firefly Image.

I’m currently using the Adobe Firefly app, version 26.05.05.623.

As you can see, the prompt itself is very short, but the length or content of the prompt doesn’t seem to matter. No matter what prompt I enter, I consistently receive the same error message.
