AI not working as prompted

I instructed Firefly to animate elements within an image with the final frame of the film showing the elements in exactly the same position as the first frame, (therefore allowing multiple versions to be added to an edit timeline in order to create a longer loop than 8secs - it used my credits but multiple times didn't do this.  Can you refund my credits or have it work please?

Unfortunately, credits can not be refunded. No AI model that I'm aware of guarantees that a prompt will be followed accurately, despite repeated attempts. It's not a bug. It's simply the nature of AI, and can differ from one model to the next with respect to the degree of accuracy and quality.

Hey @Kabbage ConnectedCreative

There are several methods to help AI
1st. create a background as a style

2nd build up on the background. (generate images that you would like to place on the background) Adobe Firefly boards works best

3 experiment w different prompts and images

Unfortunately credits are not refunded.

Cheers

Nate
