AI Video generate - all black screens

Question

Hi.I was testing with Adobe's AI video generate before I commit to my subscription. However, all of my videos were incorrectly made, including two of them went fully black screen (no images and no sound), and one of them was cut off in the middle (did not follow the full prompt). I would still like to make sure that the videos can be generated without issues like them before I commit since I will be paying for the subscription. And, I would like to get my 3 video credit back to try again since I couldn't use any of them that were made with bug. Please see attached screenshot to show (you can also checked the videos I generated directly via the attachments). Thanks.

@dp-kittenRun Can you share the entire prompt you used and what video models? The first screenshot showing a prompt is a poorly constructed prompt. Videos are only 5 seconds in length so writing long phrases for audio will get cut off.
