I’m having a problem with image generation. Every time I try to generate an image using the GPT Image 2 model or another , I get the error: “An error occurred. Please try again later.” This happens consistently — I cannot generate any images with this model at all. At the same time, Firefly works without any issues. I have available credits, so it doesn’t seem to be a limit problem. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or with this model?

    I ran a quick test using GPT Image 2 model, and the generation worked successfully on my end.

    To help narrow down the cause of the error, could you please confirm the following:

    • Does the issue occur with other models, or only with GPT Image 2?

    • Share your prompt and resolution along with the reference image if you’ve included any.


    Once you have these details, let us know, we’re here to help troubleshoot further.

    Hi, thanks for your response.

    The issue occurs with all models except Firefly.
    The error appears regardless of whether I use a reference image or just a simple prompt (for example, even something basic like “generate a cat”).

    So it doesn’t seem to be related to a specific image or prompt.

    • Error details: Share a screenshot of the error along with the prompt, model, and any reference image you applied.

    Once we have these details, they’ll help us reproduce the issue on our side and narrow down the cause.
