Any time I try to create a new Board, it takes me back to homepage. Even if I try remixing the proposed ones. Also all my previous (one) boards are gone

Question

I can’t create a new Board, remix an existent one. Whether I click on ‘create new board’ or 'remix’ the page starts loading a few second then I get taken back to homepage.

Thanks for letting us know,@Martina_Valla8123You should still be able to access your Board fromAdobe files, since files are stored in your Adobe cloud storage.Could you confirm how old the file is that you’re trying to reopen? I’d also like to know which Adobe Express plan you’re currently using.I’ve requested access to your Drive file, please let me know once you’ve granted it so we can take a closer look.Hajar
