Question

Are there specific methods that have been found to work particularly well?

I’m a freelance graphic designer (in the UK) and am looking for ideas on how I can attract more local clients online. I’ve got my online portfolio built using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

I'm particularly interested in learning about:

What are your best tips for doing local SEO as a freelancer designer?

Is having a Google Business profile worth it for creative pros?

Should I list my agency / service on UK business directories too? How can we help people find us when they’re searching locally on google? Which online platforms give the highest quality local leads? Tips to build trust and get more enquiries from local businesses?

Please share your experience with other freelancers or agencies working in the UK! 🙌 What has worked well that you keep going back to? Any ‘don’t try’ advice?

    Hey @Beauteous_strategistb1b5

A GBP is definitely a must. Knocking on doors helps.
Directories can help more leads to your GBP.
    Website yes.

Not sure if the Firefly Forum can help you with these questions. If you’re talking about being a contributor, you might want to consider posting on the Contributor Forum.
