auto aspect ratio gone. new menu sucks

Question

Why is auto aspect ratio suddenly gone? It worked so well before,  now I have to crop and adjust every image.. Also new menu is awful.  As someone who constantly switches models, It just added extra steps and made it such a hassle to use..

Sadly, don’t expect any help or customer support, other than canned responses that really do not address your complaints. They don’t care. I ahve had tickets closed with no resolution, though they say they resolved the issue. Yeah by ignoring the concerns of paying customers. I am sorry you are having to deal with this, as the updates and new interface are pure crap.
