I was promised via my subscription status 7000 credits over 72 hours ago, and i’m still waiting?

     Hi, Well, it’s now Wednesday 25th and still no credits as promised if i didn’t cancel my subscription?….. i’m self employed and with no credits, no work !!!

    Hi, yes, i wanted to cancel my current plan due to the price, and i was offered a free 7000 credits not to cancel for a period of 30 days, so i clicked agreed and was informed that it would take 48 hours to enter my account, that was saturday 21st.

    no, it was on the pop up window for either accept or cancel, so i accepted the offer and the completion note was it can take up to 48 hours to enter my account.
