Bad experience, almost scam

I was tryin to animate the image. No luck with Adobe's Firefly model. Then I saw there's an option to switch to Veo 2 model. And this model managed beautifuly at first try. But the interface switched to wrong widescreen canvas ratio. Despite the image uploaded for the 1st frame is Vertical (9:16). So I fixed that, antisipating finally getting the resault. But I got a pop-up saying I have wasted all my generative credits... I just payed 11 bucks. I thought I will at least generate several videos. I got 5 or so, all with bad resault that did not correlate with the promt and actually almost without any actual animation.

So the standard plan description goes like so: ''2,000 monthly generative credits to use exclusively on premium features so you can generate 20 5-second videos or translate 6 minutes of video and audio".

I DID NOT GENERATE 20 VIDEOS. AND TOKEN CAPACITY FOR EACH GENERATING TRY IS NOWHERE 2 B FOUND IN INTERFACE!!!

We recommend checking the aspect ratio settings in the General settings panel to ensure it matches your desired output.

Quality of Generated Videos: Apologies for the poor quality of the generated videos that did not correlate with your prompt and lacked actual animation. Please provide feedback to let our product team know about it by clicking on the thumbs-down icon.

However I am still feel robbed.

1. The FAQ has the credit usage table, but it is a mockery to think that the user should go through some spreadsheet and use a calculator before hitting a button for this simple task. And the description of the plan clearly says "20 5-second videos" without any variations for different frame rate / resolution like the FAQ has. The interface shoud have a clear visualisation of the credits required for the selected preferences before a user hits the button "Generate". I did not get 20 5-second videos. The were aprox. 5 generated videos with a simple zoom-in effect which I did not promted. And one with additional character that Firefly summoned, I guess because it struggled animating the characters present on the image.

2. The thing is a ratio is being reset to default every time a user is changing AI model. A clear emphasis on the previously selected preferences being reset would help. Especially if the 1st frame is also present and has the ratio different from the default one.

3. Unfortunatelly I can not provide more feedback. I have deleted all the bad results as when I got the pop-up with the "wasted all my generative credits" message I thought it is a mistake or some preview toolbar capacity error. But the team can check the logs.
