Sir, I am facing this problem from 6-7 weeks. Can you tell me why i'm unable to use this feature..

    I have moved your post from Adobe Express to the Firefly forum as that is the program you are asking about. From the screenshot it tells you exactly why: at some stage the User Guidelines were violated and access removed. 

    If you consider this to be in error, then click the Learn More link and see if there is more information about whether this can be challenged or reversed.
