[Bug] Invisible loading indicator caused multiple credit loss

Hi, I am reporting a critical UI/UX bug in Adobe Firefly.

While using the Upscale feature, there was no clear loading bar. I only saw a tiny, nearly invisible grey dot blinking. I thought it was frozen, so I clicked multiple times.

As a result, credits were deducted multiple times for the same task. This is a design flaw. I request a refund of the wasted credits.

    To help us look into this further, could you let us know which feature you were using the upscale option in, was it Boards or Text to Image?

    It would also be very helpful if you could reshare a screenshot or upload a short screen recording showing the behavior you experienced.

    Lastly, please confirm whether the generations you’re asking to be refunded for actually produced an output. If they did, you should be able to see them in the history.

     

    Once we have this information, we’ll be able to better understand what happened and guide you on next steps.
