Bugs in pictures wasted my money

i have paid for the appa and also used the free app many times the video had bugs in it like men with bikinis n on and people with 3 hands and many more problems , this is not good can you please help me .

But i did manage to get some video out and it has potential i would us again but there should be a review bin so you can see the computers error  why do i have to pay for there mistake .
