Can Access AI Video Generator, Does Nothing When Prompted

I am trying to use the AI video generator but I just get the sad puppy and an error symbol with no details when I try to prompt it. This seems pretty straighforward like the image side, so is there something I'm doing wrong or something else?

I'm sorry to hear that. I am able to generate the video with your prompt. Could you confirm if you have a separate Firefly subscription to access the premium feature?

Hi Kartika - I don't know if it's a separate account, my Adobe Express brings me to Firefly when I click the "Generate Video" option. In Adobe Firefly, my account has access (I have switched to other account and it specifically says they do not). And I can see we have Firefly credits.
