Can I use firefly illustrations in a publication?

I have created illustrations with Adobe Firefly. Can I use them in a publication without violating any rules or laws? And, in that case, is it sufficient to write "illustrations created with Adobe Firefly" as credit?

@Branko345597355q2u you can use Firefly commercially. I would completely agree with disclosing AI usage whenever publishing an image. Be aware that you cannot copyright the images however:
