Can neither drag nor import an image into the board.

The tool is simply not working. I cannot get an image onto the board.

Thanks for the quick reply.

The trouble was happening in Chrome browser; when I finally switched to Safari, import worked properly, right away.

Perhaps I should also have tried in Chrome incognito mode...

I have similar issue on my Mac - I’ve tried importing recommended video formats and either
a) I get an alert or
b) I can see the video but as soon as I place it, it disappears.
I’ve logged out/in but still no diff.

Any news on this?

Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know which browser you are using? Did you try using another browser? What is the file format you are using? Try renaming the file and then see if that helps.

If the problem persists, please share a screen recording and let us know whether both drag-and-drop and the Import option are affected so we can investigate further.
