    Hi @Alred,

     

    Unfortunately, per Adobe, Texas is one of the states the translation feature is not currently available due to local legal reasons. So, unfortunately, this feature will not be available on your plan.

    Hello @Alred,

    Thank you for your message. 

     

    There are several possible reasons for this.

     

    If you are on an enterprise plan, it is possible this feature is not on your enterprise plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If you are not sure who that is, start with your IT department. If they are not sure, they can contact their Adobe account representative.

     

    There are also geographic restrictions on this feature. For example, if you are located in Illinois, this feature is not available. If you are not on an enterprise plan or you are certain your enterprise plan includes translation, please let us know your location. If in the United States, please tell us what state.

    Good morning Droopy,

    Thank you for your email, I live in Dallas Texas and I’m the administrator
    for the nonprofit. I intentionally purchased the premium package for the
    purpose of the translation program. Please advise:)

    I purchased the premium package for translation purposes and the program has been unavailable the entire day.  Please advise, thank you for your attention.
