I'm trying to generate an image on firefly, but it keeps saying "Can't access. You can contact your admin to request access." I've already signed out and sign in, but the problem still isn't solved.

Hello @surein_sf,

I have reviewed your account and found that you are enrolled in a Creative Cloud for Teams - Education plan. This plan does not provide access to the premium Firefly Gen AI features. To gain access to these Premium Firefly generative AI features, you can either buy the Firefly credits separately or upgrade your plan to Creative Cloud Pro Plus.
