I have a subscription to all the features of Creative Cloud. Generative AI seems unavailable

    @WineCountryMM if you are an Enterprise customer (or Teams), your plan Administrator has to allow Adobe Firefly access via the Adobe Admin Console.

    @Hajar Toutsi this has nothing to do with account - this is a pretty common request on this forum. The user needs to contact their plan administrator.

    If you are in the educational space, same rules apply - admin has to allow, but also the account has to be a named account not shared licensing (labs).
