Can't change the image quality despite having credits.

HELP NEEDED! 

I can’t change the image quality from e.g. 1k to 2k. The message simply says “premium feature” and it is not allowing me to change it despite having 1.5k credits left. This is super annoying. We are paying you guys for a reason. Being stuck at work is very frustrating!

    Please provide the following details:

    • A Full Screenshot: Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser/application window showing the message, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.

    • System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).

    • Account details: Click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screenshot of the box that appears. Important: Please black out your name and email address before posting.

    • Workflow Context:

      • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Boards, etc.)

      • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).


    Once you provide those details, we’ll take it from there and investigate further.
