Can't check remaining credits

When I try to check the number of credits I have left I get this error and the Retry button does nothing - is there a fix for this?

"Unable to load generative credits. Retry"

I've got the same issue - I cannot see the balance in Firefly or my CC Account page. My design assistant can't see this either and we cannot use the generative function in photoshop. Could this be a server issue if there are security policies in place?

I also have this issue same as on the above screenshot. i have trid logging out and back in, clearing cache no joy. im using Edge as my browser. i can use the AI ok in photoshop.
