Can't download images from Firefly

Not sure how to reproduce -- for some reason I can see and click the Download button, both on the upper right corner of the image when on the Generate tab, as well as in the upper right of the Edit tab -- neither download button actually seems to DO anything. After a weird amount of time, and perhaps a click away / back to the Generate tab, a “Downloading...” tool tip/popup thing seems to appear, but it’s not actually downloading anything, as far as I can see in the browser itself. 

Makes it difficult to use Firefly for much tho, which is a disappointment. Please fix asap! :)

    Thanks for letting us know what’s happening.
     

    What you’re describing sounds like the download process is getting stuck and we would love to know te reason behind that.
     

    To help us understand what’s going on, could you share a bit more detail about your setup:

    •  Which browser you’re using?
    • Whether this happens on every image or only certain ones? 
    • If you’re able to capture a quick screenshot or short screen recording of the behavior.

    This will help us narrow down whether it’s a browser‑specific issue, a temporary glitch, or something else.
     

    Another workaround that might help in the meantime is to go to Your Stuff > Generation History, find the generation you want, and use the three dots in the upper‑right corner to download it from there.


    I know this makes things harder than they should be, and I appreciate your patience while we look into it.

    Hey Hajar,

     

    Thanks for the quick reply -- to answer some of your questions:

    I’m using the latest version of Chome on Windows 11. 

    It seems to have changed behavior slightly from a few hours ago -- I can still not download from the Generate tab/page itself, but clicking any image to take it to the Edit tab/page allows me to use the Download button in the upper right of that window. 

    The screenshot attached shows the ‘Downloading...’ tooltip popup that doesn’t seem to actually do anything -- it’s as though the AJAX call isn’t completing or something. 

    Thanks for the workaround tho!! Very helpful to keep moving with our projects.

    Additionally, it seems that your suggestion of going to the Generation History and using the three dot icon to download the ones I want also seems to work.
