Can't Download my firefly video

Hi, I'm using Firefly to generate videos. I wait forever and then when the render is finished I try to download. I can't seem to download and then the little animation mascot cycles back and says its continuing to generate. I never get a chance to download and I've already used up 1100 credits and I haven't been able to produce a AI video, how come? I can't even access them in Files. Just a bunch of grayed out container blocks that never seem to show anything.
