I generate a video with Firefly and drag it to the board. Once on the board, I cannot export it to Premiere or download the video. I wasted SO MANY CREDITS for nothing.
I used all my credits making these and now can do NOTHING with them. Get it together Adobe or stop charging people to use features that aren't working

If you’re not able to download the video or open it in Premiere, that’s definitely something we’d want to take a closer look at. Let’s try the following:
Instead of downloading from Boards, please try accessing your video directly from your Files: https://www.adobe.com/files/firefly
Once there, locate your generated video and try downloading it from that page.
If you’re still unable to download or access the video, could you please share your Board with us so we can investigate further? To do that:
If you’d prefer not to share it publicly, you can also send the link to us via direct message (DM) instead. This will help us check what’s happening on your specific Board and assist more effectively.
