Can't load error
I’m getting “Can't load. We can't display the generated image. You can edit and try again.”
Hi Taylor Provisions Co.,
Thank you for providing the details,
As I mentioned earlier, Firefly restricts generation involving certain recognized brand names and trademarks as a standard protection measure ("Taylor Ham vs Pork Roll"), which is what's happening here. This isn't something tied to your specific account; it applies across the board when a prompt or image references a protected name.
If you're looking to create similar visuals, describing the product or scene generically (without naming the brand) should get you unblocked results.
Hope this helps.
