I’m getting “Can't load. We can't display the generated image. You can edit and try again.”

    Hi Taylor Provisions Co.,
Thank you for providing the details,

As I mentioned earlier, Firefly restricts generation involving certain recognized brand names and trademarks as a standard protection measure ("Taylor Ham vs Pork Roll"), which is what's happening here. This isn't something tied to your specific account; it applies across the board when a prompt or image references a protected name.

    Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines

If you're looking to create similar visuals, describing the product or scene generically (without naming the brand) should get you unblocked results.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Taylor Provisions Co.,
Thanks for reaching out about this.

When you see the error “We cannot display the generated video/image. You can edit it and try again.” it usually means that your prompt or reference image contains something that doesn’t align with the AI user guidelines, In those cases, the filter stops the generation until the prompt or image is adjusted to meet the guidelines.

If you’re unsure what might be causing the issue, you’re welcome to share your prompt, model and reference image(s), and I’ll be happy to help you adjust it so you can get the results you want.

    We're happy to help.
