can't view video generations, use settings & generate more are both grayed out; generations in history are cropped

This site never works and I’m at the point I’m not going to keep renewing it if its not usable. I couldn’t even submit a bug because it says I used 250 characters even when I didn’t. I can't view video generations most of the time, it just spins and eventually opens for a new empty generation so i can't see what i generated without downloading it. “Use settings” and “generate more” are both grayed out so you can't reuse prompts without going back into the specific generation you want and copying it which takes way too much time. This has not worked since i paid for an account. Also many times when you open a generation and it shows the history it crops the image so you can’t even see the full generation. This makes it so hard to use the service. This site is so buggy but at least its generating. That should not be the only positive but for so much money a month its ridiculous. Once it goes back to credits and not unlimited for models I’m done because the credit price is outrageous.

    What OS and browser are you using? Could you try using another browser as a test and see if you have the same problems?  If you still have problems in a second browser, can you please create a screen recording demonstrating this?
