Cancellation due to misleading experience
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience using the Adobe Firefly platform, particularly regarding the paid version acquired through the promotion offering “unlimited” use of the tool.
Since I began using the service, I have faced recurring issues with image and video generation, with results frequently deviating from the prompts provided. Even after multiple adjustments and refinements — in some cases involving dozens of attempts — the system continues to demonstrate inconsistency in interpreting instructions, generating content that is out of context, incoherent, and at times absurd in relation to what was requested.
Furthermore, the overall quality of the generated content has proven to be questionable, especially considering that this is a paid service. In several instances, the results present visual flaws, low fidelity to the prompts, and an unrealistic appearance, making them unsuitable for professional use.
I would also like to highlight that I felt misled by the advertised “unlimited” usage. In practice, in order to obtain minimally usable results, it becomes necessary to rely on other integrated or complementary generators, such as Veo, which leads to the consumption of additional credits. In other words, the promise of unlimited usage does not hold in practice, as the workflow ultimately depends on additional paid resources.
Another point of concern involves prompt-related restrictions and error messages. Even when following official guidelines and carefully adapting prompt structures, the platform continues to produce blocks or inaccurate interpretations, significantly hindering effective use of the tool.
Given this scenario, my experience with Firefly has been unsatisfactory and far from what was presented in its communication and commercial offering. The delivered quality and practical limitations do not align with the advertised performance and opportunity associated with the service.
In light of the above, I request the immediate cancellation of my subscription, as well as a full refund of the amount paid, considering that the service has failed to meet expected standards and has proven to be a significant disappointment.
