Cannot access Firefly

I am an Adobe console admin. We cannot access Firefly today. I checked that the Firefly is included in the services. And the teacher still has 500 unused tokens. May I know how to fix it?

    I had this happen as well.
    I had to Log out of my Adobe Creative App. Turn off my computer. Turn back on and log into my Adobe Creative App again. That resolved the issue for me.

    Hi,

    If Adobe Firefly is assigned and tokens are available, the issue is likely related to access or entitlement syncing. Check in the Adobe Admin Console that the user is assigned to the correct product profile with Firefly included. Ask the user to log out, log back in, and try again in an incognito browser using the correct organizational account. If the problem persists, contact Adobe support with account details, as it may be a backend access issue.
