Cannot sign in

Question

Aprse avoir re initialisé win 11 je voudrais re installer Photoshop et Lightroom.

J’ai changé d’adresse email, changé de mot de passe desactivé le vpn desactivé l’antivirus et je ne peux toujours pas installer PS et LR.

​@Bernard25062630g1o1Start with your Adobe account (https://account.adobe.com/). Make sure you are logged in successfully with your new email and password. Next, launch Creative Cloud Desktop. If it’s not installed on your computer already, see the instructions here:https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/download-creative-cloud-desktop-app-from-web.htmlThen, your subscriptions to Photoshop and Lightroom will be underyour apps tab and you can install them from there.
