Cant create vector

Hi

Everytime I try to create a vectorfile, I get an error. What to do?

I tested "Text to Vector" and got results with no problems.
I also checked Firefly's server status just to be sure, and it seems fine. It may take a little longer depending on the timing. Would it work if I try again?

In addition to what @Ten A suggests, please show us a screen shot of the full browser window with the error.
