Changed plans, how can I access my Firefly credits?

im located in iceland and cannot see my credits status in adobe firefly.. i just upgraded/changed my plan and i was trying to access the premium features and get 4000 credits that follow with that subscription. Can you check my credits status and guide me into getting access to creative desktop pro with premium features for example adobe firefly…. also reseller link doesnt work...

Try logging out and back in again and see if your credits can be seen. if not, can you please reply with the following information:• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).Thanks,  droopy
