Charged After Cancelling My Firefly Subscription/Double Billing – Refund Request
I am writing to report two billing errors related to my Adobe Firefly subscription that require immediate attention.
First, I cancelled my subscription and received a confirmation email verifying that the cancellation was successful. Despite this, my account was still charged on April 5th. This charge was made in error after the subscription had already been cancelled.
Second, I was double charged on February 5th, 2026. My invoice records clearly show that two payments were taken for the same billing period.
I have attached images of the cancellation confirmation and the invoices showing the duplicate charge as evidence.
I expect a full review of my account and refunds for the following:
- The incorrect charge on April 5th after cancellation
- The duplicate charge on February 5th, 2026
