Chinese writing instead of English.

Whenever I want writing it comes in chinese. This use to not be the case,. The art work is very bad and I have used 300 credits and still no video I can use. I tried using my own image and it made the writing unreadable. I have tried many ai video and this is the worst. What happen?

I want my credits back.
