Question

colour fill with generative fill

HI can someone help me I am trying to create some product shots and I want them all to have the same colour background, I want to do it with generative fill, as it retains the shadows etc, but if I put in dark beige for example, then each product shot has a different tone of beige it is not uniform.  But generative fill does not seem to understand colours like #eae6e0 which is the colour i want to use.

Any ideas what the prompt would be to have exactly the same colour beige on each product shot, or is there another way of doing it without generative fill....

thanks in advance for any help...

You won't get exact color in multiple generated images like that. Also: the color of the product is affected by lighting, which can be set up differently.

thanks for your reply so there is no way to select the product invert and then change the background to same the colour on each shot?  That is such a shame seems like such a simple ask, compared to what Ai is capable of generating, this is just plain colour...

You can edit the generated images afterwards in Photoshop. It can select objects kind of automatically and then you fill in what you like as a background.

You could try and start with the background and then use the "Generative Fill" module in Firefly. Maybe it can fill in the packaging shots you like.
