Complaint Regarding Annual Subscription Access Issue
Dear Adobe Support,
I am writing to report a problem with my annual subscription. My plan is supposed to include full, unlimited access to all features; however, the program has stopped working and now displays a message stating that I have no remaining usage and must wait for additional access.
This issue prevents me from using a service I have already paid for. Please review my account and restore full functionality as soon as possible.
