completely different from the instructions

I am very disappointed that the generated image was completely different from the instructions and seemed more like a joke than a serious attempt to follow my request. Even after requesting corrections, the system did not respond appropriately. Meanwhile, the points I paid for kept being deducted. I believe this is unfair and unacceptable. I would like this issue to be addressed and the deducted points to be refunded.
