Compte débité alors qu'il y a eu une erreur

Bonjour, j'ai voulu générer une vidéo et ça m'a affiché un message d'erreur, j'ai réessayé, deuxième message d'erreur et mon compte a pourtant été débité de plus de 600 crédit !!

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry about the issue. Could you check under "your stuff" and see if you can find the video in the generation history?  We apologize, but we do not currently offer the option to restore credits. 

Please also try clearing the browser's cache or using a different browser.
