Question

Concern for image and prompt

Every year, I give tours of my home—known as "Santa's House"—which features a magnificent Nativity scene complete with 1,000 *santons* (traditional Provençal figurines).
This year, I wanted to create a video by stitching together short clips showing Santa's village, his workshop, his reindeer, Mrs. Claus, and the distribution of gifts piled at the foot of the giant Christmas tree.
I’ve run into a huge problem: who is going to open these beautiful gifts, given that I can't use children (neither in the visuals nor in the prompts)?
Is there a solution?
Child-like elves in the workshop are fine, but having actual children in another video isn't allowed...
It’s a real shame!

I’ve had problems with prompts and keywords that included the words “teddy bear,” since some iterations of same are trademarked, e.g., The Vermont Teddy Bear Company.”

Oh, that’s interesting, @daniellei4510. I was able to use “teddy bear” with this prompt just off the top of my head. The results made me burst out laughing. Veo 3.1, 8 seconds, 400 credits.

A teddy bear comes to life, dancing and stomping his feet on a bale of hay in a big field surrounded by oak trees. Nearby hay bales show a crow stomping, a polar bear, and a colorful tropical bird. Music is similar to “Foot Stompin’ Music” by Grand Funk Railroad.

As @J E L has shown, generating children from scratch shouldn’t be a problem if you use the right words in the prompt. It’s when children are used in a reference image that usually results in a violation warning.

Hi @Impressive_youth2f0d, you can use different words. Try something like this:

A family-friendly fictional scene of a happy group—father, mother, grandfather, two boys, and three girls—is gathered around a giant Christmas tree, getting ready to open their gifts.

Naturally, you need to provide more direction for your video, but I wanted to show you that you can use children in your prompts. I used Runway Gen-4.5 at 5 seconds (200 credits).

Damn it! The terms of use aren't specific enough... Can anyone tell me what's wrong or what's prohibited in my image or prompt? Thanks!

    Prompt:

A peaceful cinematic Christmas night in a cozy, beautifully decorated living room.

Preserve the original composition, the sleeping figure holding a teddy bear, the Christmas tree, wrapped presents, fireplace, furniture and snowy village outside the window.

The figure sleeps peacefully, with only very subtle natural breathing movements.

The fireplace flames flicker gently. Christmas tree lights softly twinkle. Delicate snowflakes fall outside the window.

Warm golden lighting, calm and magical Christmas atmosphere.

Fixed camera, one continuous shot. No cuts, no zoom, no changes to the original scene, no text.
