Congrats Adobe, you broke Firefly.

Whoa!  Adobe broke Firefly.  It's awful now.  The photos i wanted to download disappears, then I get charged for it.  Firefly is unusable now.

    Hi there!

    Sorry about the issue. Can you share more details on what's happening? The photos that disappear were in Favorites? If so, favorites are saved using your browser data, so they won't be available on another browser, in incognito mode, or if you clear your browser data.
