Question

consistently generating images with white space

I started using Firefly over the last couple of days and am really enjoying it over all the other image generation tools i've used before. One thing i've been having trouble doing is getting images generated that have white space in all directions around a main image. It seems like every image fills the edge of the frame. I've just been trying to make very simple images of flowers and such, and i haven't found the generative fill edit tool to be so useful. Any thoughts or suggestions? thanks all!

Hi @jadecricket ,

Could you share a screengrab or two so we can see what you're getting?

@plantgoodseed , adding to what @mj shared, please also include the prompt you use and what version of Firefly you're using. Image 1 or Image 2.

I'm using Firefly 2, trying things like: "white space on all sides of image"; "not hitting the edge of the image frame," etc. No matter what I've tried I can't get Firefly to generate something that has 100 percent white space around it. One example enclosed.
