Hi jonp36202615,
Thank you for attaching the output, that was helpful.

We’d love to look into this, to do so, please provide us with the following information:

  • The Full Prompt: The exact text you entered into the prompt box.

  • Settings and Model: The specific model used and any other settings (such as aspect ratio, content type, or style strength).

  • References: A copy of the reference video used to guide the generation in a .zip file (to preserve the details).

Once you have the details, let us know so we can be able to assist you efficiently.

I don’t work for Adobe so unless you want to put me on the payroll do your own R&D. The fact is the Firefly App on occasion delivers back a black video with RGB lines on it I have attached the file and despite this happening multiple times and charging me 300 credits per time I have to just sit there and take it on the chin basically paying for a service which isn’t working. Now you can ask all the questions in the world and say you can’t recreate at your end blah blah blah but the evidence is attached. So given the evidence and the huge amount of time Ive wasted complaining about this to Adobe with nothing to show for it apart from Adobe taking more credits and delivering nothing back I may as well set up a direct debit to a bin and watch my money disappear and cut out the middle man! I’ve used Adobe for many many years and when you have a loyal customer the first thing you should prioritise is the refund and do your investigation into why your app doesn’t work in your own time. Nobody wastes this much time complaining about something if there wasn’t a real issue. Refund the credits around a thousand and refund a month of Creative Cloud and sort out the app yourselves rather than relying on customers to find the issues and report to you!

jonp36202615 I understand the frustration after going back and forth on this, but there's a limit to what can be resolved without that cooperation.
If you'd like this looked into properly, please open a case through Adobe support (type "agent" or "talk to a person" to request escalation to a live human) with the HAR file attached there. Once that's in front of someone with access to your account and generation logs, they'll be able to confirm what happened and handle credits for the failed outputs.

Without that step, there's no path forward on our end either.
